For some people, the written word is the way they think. They like the time to ponder exactly what they want to say, and the time to digest what's been said. They can extract all of the meaning from the text - read and re-read. File for later and re-visit. In the process of reading and writing, they can find full understanding and gain new insights. Those people will love E-Coaching. |

E-Coaching Benefits
E-Coaching is a completely different experience to one-on-one coaching. Here are the main benefits. First we'll discuss what you want to be coached on, then I will work with you by email to find and then reach exciting new goals.
Exactly what we do depends on you and your goals, but I will generally set reflective exercises for you to complete in your own time, and then we'll discuss your answers. As obstacles arise, we'll remove them. Focus, positive energy and a large array of tools in my toolkit will all help to keep you on track towards your goals.
Specific benefits for you are:
1. You can work at your own pace - no meetings, no appointments, no close deadlines.
2. You're never "on the spot". You can think things through at your leisure.
3. Unlike phone coaching - you can keep your coaching emails for future reference.4. You can print out your emails or put them in your PDA, then ponder them on the train, in your lunch hour or in the tub.
5. You can buy as much as you like, and as little as £40-worth..
6. Stop when you like for a proportional refund.
7. E-Coaching is very low pressure and relaxed.
E-Coaching Caution
E-coaching has many benefits but it also has some shortcomings. Rapport is more difficult to grow, and it generally relies on "reflective exercises" set by your coach. These invite you to think deeply about yourself and issues in your life. If you are not reflective then this is not going to work for you. If you would rather write three words than an essay, this is not for you. If you don't like thinking about yourself or talking about yourself, this is not for you. However, all of those things indicate that you have a hidden self-limiting belief and that coaching really could help you enormously - but phone coaching is the one to go for.
I will reply to you within a couple of working days, and usually the same day. To maintain your momentum and commitment, I ask you to response to my emails within seven days. If you are going to end your E-Coaching and want to claim a refund on the balance, please do it within seven days, too. Failure to do so will forfeit your balance, though I will consider waiving this if you have good reasons.
Pricing
E-Coaching is not as time- or cost-effective as phone coaching, largely because reading and writing is so much slower and less reliable than listening and speaking.
I charge for E-coaching at the same hourly rate as personal phone coaching. Currently that's £60 for a 45-minute session or £80 an hour. A typical email cycle - reading your email and replying to it - might cost £20 - but it might be less or more. Sometimes I have stock material which I can send you which takes almost no time. Other times, it's more complicated. I will never spend more than £40 of your money on any single email cycle.
To begin:
- Provide a minimum payment of £40 (30 minutes) through this secure form.
- We will contact you when payment clears, inviting you to begin by telling us what you'd like to work on.
- Wade in! Just reply to that email, telling me about your situation.
If you think Email coaching is not working for you, simply say so for a refund. You'll be refunded for all your un-used funds.
