These calls are relaxed and friendly. You can drive - or I can - your choice. We usually spend the time answering any questions you may have about life coaching or about me (please read the FAQ) - or else exploring your situation, showing you how life coaching can help you.

You are under no obligation in this call. I won't even ask you whether or not you'd like to go ahead. I'll just invite you to think about it and get back to me if you'd like to proceed. You'll get your £10 back if you book a session during our call, but it's your choice and there is no pressure.

Before booking, please ensure:

1. You can afford my session fee, currently £60.
2. You are OK with phone coaching or live locally in the Bedford area.
3. You are available for coaching sessions from 1 to 7pm on weekdays
4. You could start within a week or so, if you decide to proceed

If you call very late or not at all, or you cancel within three working days of your appointment, you'll lose your fee.
