Think about a tennis player. She cannot see her serve or her footwork in action. She needs an external perspective on her game. So she hires a Tennis Coach.

Life coaching is the same idea, but the “game” here is Life. Your life.
A life coach is a professionally trained person, dedicated to helping you make the changes you choose for your life. Coaching is usually done by phone.

Life Coaching Presentation

Our 2.5-hour sessions will take place in Bedford. They will be an opportunity for you to learn more about your life and about life coaching.

During our relaxed, friendly evening, your presenter, Chris Wesley, will explore with you, some powerful ideas to help you take control of your own life.

Through simple pen-and-paper exercises you’ll take key steps in evaluating your own life and finding areas you’d like to work on.

These new insights will be confidential to you, unless you choose to share them in the group.

We will explore the detailed, practical application of these ideas in your life.

There may be an opportunity to watch a real coaching session.

You’ll leave the session knowing more about your future than when you arrived; you'll have had a great evening, and know more about life coaching too!
