Life coaching is for any individual who wants to work on any aspect of their private life with me. Life coaching can also be applied to your career or any aspect of your work environment. My life coaching is usually done by phone. You can learn more about life coaching throughout the website. When you're ready, contact me to get started. Telephone coaching sessions run in 45-minute sessions and cost £50 each. If you buy 4 sessions in advance you pay a total of £180 - saving £20. You will also pay the cost of the phone call unless you have computer-based telephony like Skype - in which case you'll pay nothing. Goal Watchers |
Goal Watchers pay a small amount to be phoned once a week and spend five minutes with their coach, being helped with their goals. It's amazing what you can accomplish in five minutes, and the weekly call commitment is often just enough to keep you moving forwards. |

For some people, the written word is the way they think. They like the time to ponder exactly what they want to say, and the time to digest what's been said. They can extract all of the meaning from the text - read and re-read. File for later and re-visit. In the process of reading and writing, they can find full understanding and gain new insights. Email coaching costs £99.75 per month unlimited. |

Coaching specifically for those in management positions in corporate environments. I bring my coaching expertise as well as my extensive experience in corporate management to bear in helping my corporate clients reach their goals. Executive Coaching fees are determined with the client after initial contact. |

Career Coaching

Most of us spend more time at work than we do sleeping or with our families. About 60% of us don't enjoy our jobs. That's a big shame! Career coaching works to place clients on the right career path and then moves them along that career path at best speed. Mentoring
|
Mentoring is different from coaching, though coaching skills continue to be very useful. In Life Coaching, the coach's role does not allow him to deliver "answers" to the client. The emphasis is on helping the client to find their own answers, and the coach is not necessarily even knowledgeable in the subject area being coached. But a mentor will be an expert in the area he works in. The client is paying them to share their expertise - to teach them how to apply what they know in your environment. My many years of training and experience as a successful manager of people and projects in blue-chip multi-nationals make me a valuable resource which you can tap for your own benefit. Success Circles
|
Success Circles are a great way to receive many of the benefits of personal life coaching, as well as some other benefits - and it's cheaper! Each week, a group of up to 10 friends come together for two hours of self-improvement. We are all working on a personal project - which might be virtually any dream you can think of. We share our dreams - and the work we do towards reaching them - with each other. Coaching Circles cost £12 per session. |
