Hi Chris When we worked together about 15 months ago I was in a complete different mind set. I was so negative and depressed and could not see any way out. The coaching with you got the ball roling. I then [did a bunch of other stuff, some of which you recommended] ... There is still room for improvement, but I am really enjoying the journey now. I am beginning to realise what I do not want to do for the rest of my life, not just like you said just drifting with the stream and do what that brings . My parents find it a bit strange to hear me being positive all the time. It is also reframing their language to be much more: well of course it is possible.
