Micro-Coaching Is Here!
The Micro Coaching Concept
Sometimes, clients are on the right track after just a couple of sessions, and after that they don't need a full session each time - they may just need to check in- to feel the framework of the upcoming call, to ask a couple of questions or to expose a particular feeling and have it analysed.
Although everyone is unique, I see similar patterns arising often, and I know how to untie the knots quickly and painlessly. I can ask a single question or propose a single exercise that will open your eyes, and show you where the doors to new opportunities are, or I can show you the flaw in your thinking which is holding you back. That can take only seconds! So - a few minutes with me can be a great benefit to you, and if a few minutes is all that you have, then the cost can be very low indeed.
And that's what micro-coaching allows you to do.
Micro Coaching is available for clients who have already had a full-length session, where we both feel it's appropriate. Like all sessions, micro-sessions must be paid for and booked in advance. Micro-coaching is paid for in £30 blocks. When you've bought a block, we might book, say, 10 minute chat on a certain date and time, then book the next one and so on. Micro-coaching is charged per actual minute taken, and the cost of each session is taken from your payment block. When you finish your micro-coaching, you'll get a refund of any amounts remaining.
Micro-coaching in Action
Here are a few examples of what we can do in a short micro-coaching phone call:
- Turn a vague notion of unhappiness into a crisp understanding of exactly what we need to change.
- Provide a friendly ear and a sounding board for what's on your mind.
- Turn the often-hear "I just don't know!" into an exercise which is virtually guaranteed to give you your missing answer.
- Take a tired, pessimistic "what's the point" merchant and give them an injection of Chris's patent "can-do" juice
- Pose a simple, 10-word question which will take you a week of pondering to answer - and when you do - you'll feel great because the fog will have cleared.
- Help you with conflicting priorities - pick the best string to pull to untie your knot.
- Ask you to clarifying something you just said, and in that process, uncover a hidden belief which - though not true - has held you in the wrong place for many years.
You get the idea? It's coaching, pure and simple, but it's in small affordable chunks, for you to consume as you see fit.
