Inspiration for the Soul
If you want to do this for yourself, there are a variety of techniques you can use but one of the easiest low-tech ways is to read uplifting anecdotes. The Chicken Soup books are a great series - each book contains anecdotes which will restore your faith in human kind and lift your spirits.This page of my website is dedicated to items from the web which will lift your spirits, and I very much hope that you will enjoy it.
